This is NOT a script with web GUI access to editing and maintaining the website, it just pulls out the flat files and displays a community website.This version is "Multi-Location", meaning that is is to be used for a group of locations, like the boroughs of a large city, cities in a county, or even all the cities in a state if you are that ambitious. Why would you use this? To aid in the development of a community based website. Many hours of work went into the scripts and templates, hours that you would have to duplicate to attain the same feature set that you find here. Why reinvent the wheel. You want to spend as little time as possible designing to instead use your valuable time selling ad space and business spots, generating revenue. Windows 8 estimates: 500 million users in 2013

Microsoft expects to launch a new wave of optimism with Windows 8. In a recent statement, Steve Ballmer, chief executive at Microsoft, estimates that Windows 8 will reach a total of about 500 million users by the end of 2013.
